## Abstract

EPA is finalizing approval of revisions to the Ventura Air Pollution Control District ("District") portion of the California State Implementation Plan ("SIP"). These revisions were proposed in the Federal Register on June 24, 2002, and concern the District's new source review ("NSR") rules. We are now approving these revisions under the Clean Air Act as amended in 1990 ("CAA" or "the Act").
