## Abstract

EPA is announcing it is approving a revision to the Missouri State Implementation Plan (SIP). This revision pertains to the revision of a Missouri air program rule which controls volatile organic compound emissions in the Kansas City area. The effect of this approval is to ensure Federal enforceability of the State air program rules and to maintain consistency between the State-adopted rules and the approved SIP.
