## Abstract

EPA is announcing it is approving a revision to the Missouri State Implementation Plan (SIP) which pertains to the control of emissions from surface coating operations in the Kansas City, Missouri, area. This revision clarifies an inconsistency between the SIP approved version of the rule and the state adopted version. Approval of this revision will ensure consistency between the state and federally-approved rules, and ensure Federal enforceability of the current state rule.
