## Abstract

On July 18, 2003, EPA published a proposed rule (68 FR 42653) proposing to approve revisions to the State of Georgia's "Gasoline Marketing Rule" which were submitted to EPA on January 31, 2003, and June 19, 2003. Adverse comment was received during the comment period, and this action addresses the adverse comments and grants final approval to the revisions.
