## Abstract

EPA is taking direct final action to approve revisions to the Virginia State Implementation Plan (SIP). The revisions consist of determining the reasonably available control technology (RACT) for the control of nitrogen oxides (NO<INF>X</INF>) from two individual sources located in Fairfax County, Virginia; namely, the Central Intelligence Agency, and the National Reconnaissance Office. EPA is approving these revisions in accordance with the requirements of the Clean Air Act.
