## Abstract

On July 29, 2003, Illinois submitted a site-specific sulfur dioxide (SO<INF>2</INF>) State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision request for the Central Illinois Light Company's Edwards Generating Station in Peoria County, Illinois (CILCO Edwards). This revision request is identical to an earlier temporary SIP revision, which EPA approved on April 13, 2000 (65 FR 19838). Therefore, EPA is approving the July 29, 2003, permanent SIP revision request.
