## Abstract

EPA is taking direct final action to approve revisions to the District of Columbia State Implementation Plan (SIP). The revisions include minor changes to clarify that the allowable emission rates for particulates and nitrogen oxides (NO<INF>X</INF>) are expressed in pounds of pollutant per million BTUs (lbs/MMBTUs) of heat input in District of Columbia Municipal Regulations (DCMRs). This action is being taken in accordance with the Clean Air Act (CAA).
