## Abstract

This regulation establishes a tolerance for residues of mesosulfuron-methyl in or on wheat. Bayer CropScience requested this tolerance under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996 (FQPA).
