## Abstract

EPA is making an interim final determination to stay and/or defer imposition of sanctions based on a proposed approval of revisions to the South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) portion of the California State Implementation Plan (SIP) published elsewhere in today's Federal Register. The revisions concern South Coast Air Quality Management District Rule 1132--Further Control of VOC Emissions from High-Emitting Spray Booth Facilities.
