## Abstract

EPA is finalizing approval of revisions to the Maricopa County portion of the Arizona State Implementation Plan (SIP). These revisions were proposed in the Federal Register on March 23, 2005 and concern volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions from expandable polystyrene foam operations. We are approving local Rule 358--Polystyrene Foam Operations. This rule regulates these emission sources under the Clean Air Act as amended in 1990 (CAA or the Act).
