## Abstract

EPA is taking direct final action to approve revisions to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's State Implementation Plan (SIP). This source is located in Pennsylvania. The EPA is approving this revision to establish RACT requirements in the SIP in accordance with the Clean Air Act (CAA).
