## Abstract

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving State Implementation Plan (SIP) revisions submitted by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (Pennsylvania). The revisions impose reasonably available control technology (RACT) on thirteen major sources of volatile organic compounds (VOC) or nitrogen oxides (NO<INF>X</INF>) located in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. EPA is approving these revisions to establish RACT requirements in the SIP in accordance with the Clean Air Act (CAA or the Act).
