## Abstract

EPA is finalizing approval of a revision to the San Diego County Air Pollution Control District (SDCAPCD) portion of the California State Implementation Plan (SIP). This revision was proposed in the Federal Register on February 25, 2004 and concerns oxides of nitrogen (NO<INF>X</INF>) emissions from stationary reciprocating internal combustion engines. We are approving a local rule that regulates these emission sources under the Clean Air Act as amended in 1990 (CAA or the Act).
