This regulation establishes tolerances for residues of propiconazole in or on multiple commodities which are identified and discussed later in this document. Interregional Research Project <greek-i>4 (IR-4) requested these tolerances under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA). In addition, this action establishes a time-limited tolerance for residues of propiconazole in or on avocado, in response to the approval of a quarantine exemption under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) authorizing use to control the disease, laurel wilt (caused by Raffaelea lauricola) in the state of Florida. This regulation establishes a maximum permissible level of residues of propiconazole in this food commodity. The time- limited tolerance expires and is revoked on December 31, 2013.
