## Abstract

This regulation establishes an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of C<INF>9</INF> rich aromatic hydrocarbons; C<INF>10-11</INF> rich aromatic hydrocarbons; and C<INF>11-12</INF> rich aromatic hydrocarbons, when used as inert ingredients in pesticide formulations applied to growing crops or to raw agricultural commodities after harvest. ExxonMobil Chemical Company submitted a petition to EPA under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), requesting an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance. This regulation eliminates the need to establish a maximum permissible level for residues of C<INF>9</INF> rich aromatic hydrocarbons, C<INF>10-11</INF> rich aromatic hydrocarbons, and C<INF>11-12</INF> rich aromatic hydrocarbons.
