## Abstract

EPA is taking direct final action to approve revisions to the Commonwealth of Virginia State Implementation Plan (SIP). The revisions add the new 1-hour nitrogen dioxide (NO<INF>2</INF>) standard at a level of 100 parts per billion (ppb) and update the list of Federal documents incorporated by reference. The Commonwealth of Virginia's SIP revisions for the national ambient air quality standards (NAAQS) for NO<INF>2</INF> are consistent with the Federal NO<INF>2</INF> standards. This action is being taken under the Clean Air Act (CAA).
