## Abstract

EPA is taking direct final action to approve revisions to the Hawaii State Implementation Plan (SIP). These revisions concern volatile organic compound (VOC), oxides of nitrogen (NO<INF>X</INF>), and particulate matter (PM) emissions from motor vehicles, water separation, pumps, compressors, waste gas, and open burning, as well as several administrative requirements. We are approving local rules that regulate these emission sources under the Clean Air Act as amended in 1990 (CAA or the Act).
