## Abstract

EPA is approving Indiana's request to revise its Central Indiana 1997 8-hour ozone maintenance air quality State Implementation Plan (SIP) by replacing the previously approved motor vehicle emissions budgets (budgets) with budgets developed using EPA's Motor Vehicle Emissions Simulator (MOVES) emissions model. The Central Indiana 1997 8-hour ozone maintenance area consists of Marion, Boone, Hendricks, Morgan, Johnson, Shelby, Hancock, Madison, and Hamilton Counties in Indiana.
