## Abstract

EPA is approving revisions to the Wisconsin State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (WDNR) on April 23, 2008. WDNR submitted revisions exempting certain sources of air pollution from construction permit requirements.
