## Abstract

EPA is approving a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the State of Delaware. The SIP revision addresses the infrastructure elements of the Clean Air Act (CAA), necessary to implement, maintain, and enforce the 2010 nitrogen dioxide (NO<INF>2</INF>) national ambient air quality standard (NAAQS). EPA is approving this SIP revision in accordance with the requirements of the CAA.
