## Abstract

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is taking final action to approve revisions to the Oklahoma State Implementation Plan (SIP), submitted by the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality (ODEQ) to EPA on June 20, 2013, which address revised Best Available Retrofit Technology (BART) requirements for sulfur dioxide (SO<INF>2</INF>) and oxides of nitrogen (NO<INF>X</INF>) for Units 3 and 4 of the American Electric Power/Public Service Company of Oklahoma (AEP/PSO) Northeastern Power Station in Rogers County, Oklahoma. The revisions also address the requirements of the Clean Air Act (CAA) concerning non-interference with programs to protect visibility in other states.
