## Abstract

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving a request by Indiana to revise the 1997 annual fine particulate matter (PM<INF>2.5</INF>) maintenance air quality state implementation plan (SIP) for the Evansville/Southwestern Indiana Area to replace onroad emissions inventories and motor vehicle emissions budgets (budgets) with inventories and budgets developed using EPA's Motor Vehicle Emissions Simulator (MOVES) emissions model. Indiana submitted the SIP revision request for the Evansville Area on July 2, 2013.
