## Abstract

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving a revised Best Available Retrofit Technology (BART) determination for The Amalgamated Sugar Company, LLC (TASCO) facility, located in Nampa, Idaho. On June 22, 2011, the EPA approved Idaho's regional haze state implementation plan (SIP), including its BART determination for the TASCO facility, as meeting the visibility protection requirements of the Clean Air Act (CAA). On June 29, 2012, the State submitted a regional haze SIP revision, including a new BART determination for the TASCO facility that consisted of a stricter emission limit for oxides of nitrogen (NO<INF>X</INF>), a stricter emission limit for particulate matter (PM), and an alternative control measure (BART Alternative) to replace the previously approved BART determination and emission limit for sulfur dioxide (SO<INF>2</INF>). The EPA is fully approving this SIP revision.
