## Abstract

This regulation establishes a tolerance for residues of fenoxaprop-ethyl (FE), in or on grass hay. Interregional Research Project Number 4 (IR-4) requested this tolerance under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).
