## Abstract

This regulation establishes tolerances for combined residues of fluoxastrobin and its Z-isomer in or on melon subgroup 9A; sorghum, grain, grain; sorghum, grain, forage; and sorghum, grain, stover. Arysta LifeScience, North America, LLC, requested these tolerances under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).
