## Abstract

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving State Implementation Plan (SIP) revisions submitted by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. These revisions establish emission limitations for certain activities that cause emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and nitrogen oxides (NO<INF>X</INF>). Approval of these state requirements into the Massachusetts SIP will make them federally enforceable. This action is being taken in accordance with the Clean Air Act.
