The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving a State Implementation Plan (SIP) submission from the Governor of New Mexico for the City of Albuquerque-Bernalillo County for the 2010 Nitrogen Dioxide (NO<INF>2</INF>) National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS).
