## Abstract

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is finalizing approval of certain State Implementation Plan (SIP) revisions submitted by Utah on January 4, 2016, and of certain revisions submitted on January 19, 2017, for the coarse particulate matter (PM<INF>10</INF>) national ambient air quality standard (NAAQS) in the Salt Lake County and Utah County PM<INF>10</INF> nonattainment areas. The revisions that the EPA is approving are located in Utah Division of Administrative Rule (DAR) R307-110-17 and SIP Subsection IX.H.1-4, and establish emissions limits for PM<INF>10</INF>, NO<INF>X</INF> and SO<INF>2</INF> for certain stationary sources in the nonattainment areas. These actions are being taken under section 110 of the Clean Air Act (CAA).
