## Abstract

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the State of Rhode Island. This revision updates Rhode Island Air Pollution Control Regulations (APCRs) for volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions, nitrogen oxide (NO<INF>X</INF>) emissions, sulfur content in fuel requirements and associated general definitions. The intended effect of this action is to approve the revised regulations. This action is being taken under the Clean Air Act.
