Approval of Recodification and Revisions to State Air Pollution Control Rules; North Dakota; Interim Approval of Title V Program Recodification and Revisions; Approval of Recodification and Revisions to State Programs and Delegation of Authority To Implement and Enforce Clean Air Act Sections 111 and 112 Standards and Requirements
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA or the "Agency") is finalizing interim approval of revisions to the North Dakota operating permit program for stationary sources subject to title V of the Clean Air Act (CAA or the "Act") and recodification of the State's title V program under a new title of the North Dakota Administrative Code (NDAC). The EPA is also approving North Dakota's revision and recodification of North Dakota's programs for implementing and enforcing delegated requirements under CAA sections 111 and 112, and for carrying out a State Acid Rain Program under sections 401-406 of the Act as a portion of the operating permits program.
