Abstract
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving the remaining portions of a state implementation plan (SIP) revision submitted by the State of Delaware. This revision addresses the infrastructure requirement for interstate transport of pollution with respect to the 2010 1-hour sulfur dioxide (SO<INF>2</INF>) national ambient air quality standard (NAAQS). This action is being taken under the Clean Air Act (CAA).
