## Abstract

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving a state implementation plan (SIP) revision formally submitted by the State of Delaware. Under section 182 of the Clean Air Act (CAA), states' SIPs must require stationary sources in ozone nonattainment areas to report annual emissions of nitrogen oxides (NO<INF>X</INF>) and volatile organic compounds (VOC). This SIP revision provides Delaware's certification that its existing emissions statements program satisfies the emissions statements requirements of the CAA for the 2008 ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS). EPA is approving Delaware's emissions statements program certification for the 2008 ozone NAAQS as a SIP revision in accordance with the requirements of the CAA.
