## Abstract

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving under the Clean Air Act (CAA) a request from the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (Ohio EPA) to revise the Ohio State Implementation Plan (SIP) to incorporate revisions to Ohio Administrative Code (OAC) Chapter 3745-14 regarding the Nitrogen Oxides (NO<INF>X</INF>) SIP Call and the removal of OAC Chapter 3745-109 regarding the Clean Air Interstate Rule (CAIR). This SIP revision ensures continued compliance by Electric Generating Units (EGUs) and large non-EGUs with the requirements of the NO<INF>X</INF> SIP Call.
