## Abstract

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. This revision addresses the interstate transport requirements of the Clean Air Act (CAA), referred to as the good neighbor provision, for the 2010 1-hour sulfur dioxide (SO<INF>2</INF>) national ambient air quality standards (NAAQS). This action approves Massachusetts's certification that air emissions in the Commonwealth will not significantly contribute to nonattainment or interfere with maintenance of the 2010 SO<INF>2</INF> NAAQS in any other state.
