## Abstract

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is taking final action to approve a revision to the State Implementation Plan (SIP) for the State of Iowa. This final action will amend the SIP to rely on the Cross State Air Pollution Rule (CSAPR) for certain regional haze requirements, fully approve Iowa's Regional Haze Plan, remove the Federal Implementation (FIP) the state replaced, and approve the Visibility portions of infrastructure SIPs for the 2006 Fine Particulate Matter (PM<INF>2.5</INF>), 2012 PM<INF>2.5</INF>, 2010 Nitrogen Dioxide (NO<INF>2</INF>), 2010 Sulfur Dioxide (SO<INF>2</INF>), 2008 Ozone, and 2015 Ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS).
