Approval and Promulgation of Air Quality Implementation Plans; Maryland; Infrastructure Requirements for the 2010 Sulfur Dioxide National Ambient Air Quality Standard
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving portions of a state implementation plan (SIP) submittal from the State of Maryland. The submittal pertains to the basic program elements referred to as infrastructure requirements for the 2010 sulfur dioxide (SO<INF>2</INF>) National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS or standard). EPA is approving certain elements of the infrastructure SIP submittal in accordance with the requirements of the Clean Air Act (CAA).
