## Abstract

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving a state implementation plan (SIP) revision submitted by the Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE) on behalf of the State of Maryland. This revision pertains to Maryland's plan for maintaining the 1997 8-hour ozone national ambient air quality standards (NAAQS) for the Kent and Queen Anne's Counties area.
