## Abstract

This regulation establishes a tolerance for residues of penthiopyrad in or on persimmon. Mitsui Chemicals Agro, Inc., c/o Landis International, Inc. requested this tolerance under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).
