The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the State of South Dakota on January 3, 2020 that revises the Administrative Rules of South Dakota (ARSD), Air Pollution Control Program, updating the chapter pertaining to definitions.
