## Abstract

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is finalizing the limited approval and limited disapproval of a revision to the Yolo- Solano Air Quality Management District (YSAQMD) portion of the California State Implementation Plan (SIP). This revision concerns emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from solvent cleaning and degreasing operations.
