## Abstract

This regulation establishes an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of poly(oxy-1,2-ethanediyl), a-hydro- [omega]-hydroxy-, ether with N-[4-[bis[4-[bis(2- hydroxyethyl)amino]phenyl]methylene]-2,5-cyclohexadien-1-ylidene]-2- hydroxy-N-(2-hydroxyethyl)ethanaminium, benzenesulfonate (6:1:1) when used as an inert ingredient in a pesticide chemical formulation. Spring Regulatory Sciences, on behalf of Heubach Colorants USA LLC., submitted a petition to EPA under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), requesting an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance. This regulation eliminates the need to establish a maximum permissible level for residues of poly(oxy-1,2-ethanediyl), a-hydro-[omega]- hydroxy-, ether with N-[4-[bis[4-[bis(2- hydroxyethyl)amino]phenyl]methylene]-2,5-cyclohexadien-1-ylidene]-2- hydroxy-N-(2-hydroxyethyl)ethanaminium, benzenesulfonate (6:1:1) on food or feed commodities when used in accordance with these exemptions.
