## Abstract

EPA is approving a State implementation plan (SIP) revision submitted by the District of Columbia. This revision will limit air pollution from two steam-generating facilities located in the District of Columbia. The intended effect of this action is to approve a permit- to-operate issued by the District of Columbia to General Services Administration for its Central and West Heating Plants. This action is being taken under section 110 of the Clean Air Act.
