## Abstract

In compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA), this technical amendment amends the table in 40 CFR part 9 that displays the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) control numbers issued under the PRA. This technical amendment amends the table of OMB control numbers to include the OMB control number for the information collection requirements in the rule entitled ``Mandatory Patent Licenses Under Section 308 of the Clean Air Act.''
