## Abstract

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is removing several provisions from the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) that pertain to the Toxic Substances Control Act. These provisions are being removed from the CFR because they have no current legal effect. The removal of these provisions from the CFR and the technical changes that are being made are necessary to clarify the current status of the provisions for both the regulated [[Page 31918]] community and the public. EPA is also removing the text of two reporting forms, without making any substantive changes in the reporting requirements. EFFECTIVE DATE: This final rule takes effect on June 19, 1995.
