## Abstract

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is today removing from the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) more than 200 rules pertaining to air pollution which are no longer legally in effect. Deleting these rules from the CFR will clarify the legal status of these rules for both the regulated community and the public.
