## Abstract

EPA is correcting the boundaries of the Kentucky portion of the Louisville moderate ozone (O<INF>3) nonattainment area, pursuant to Section 110(k)(6) of the Clean Air Act (the Act). The boundary of the Louisville moderate O<INF>3 nonattainment area (nonattainment area) is being revised to include additional sources that contribute to violation of the O<INF>3 National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS).
