## Abstract

In this action, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) approves PM-10 contingency measures for Seattle and Kent, Washington. At the same time, EPA is providing notice that the conditions required under the June 23, 1994 (59 FR 32370), conditional approval of the Seattle PM-10 attainment plan have been met.
