## Abstract

This document establishes a tolerance for residues of the herbicide clopyralid in or on the raw agricultural commodity asparagus. The regulation to establish a maximum permissible level for residues of the herbicide was requested in a petition submitted by the Interregional Research Project No. 4 (IR-4) pursuant to the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).
