## Abstract

This rule establishes a tolerance for residues of the insecticide clofentezine in or on the raw agricultural commodity apples. AgroEvo USA Corp. (formerly Nor-Am Chemical Co.) requested this regulation to establish a maximum permissible level for residues of the insecticide.
