## Abstract

EPA is granting delegation of authority to the State of Utah to implement and enforce five National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) for radionuclides. The Governor of Utah requested delegation from EPA Region VIII in a letter dated June 4, 1993. EPA has reviewed the application and has reached a decision that the State of Utah has satisfied all of the requirements necessary to qualify for approval of delegation. The effect of this action allows the State of Utah to implement and enforce specific radionuclide NESHAP.
